It really works

I could not sleep! Had severe insonia so I decided to teste the app and loved ir. Went back to sleep, to have available, decreased my stress, my anxiety and all this lost weight! Bought all apps!

I was totally sceptic when first trying a Brainwave programm but for relaxation, focus and positive mood, it absolutely worked out perfect!!!! Now that there is multi-tasking, the possobilities are endless: use "concentration" when studying your Mentalcase cards use "deep sleep" for sleeping in and EasyWakeup for waking up etc. The only improvement Id suggest is a more individual background like in Brainwave perfect sleep - but this is a luxury rather than a necessity!

I would appreciate to be able to listen to my music at the same time. Other apps allow playing music using the built-in app, it should therefore be technically possible. For the rest, awesome!

I love this app cause its really effektive and helps studying, focusing, stress and pain relieving. The ambience Sounds are great. One thing could be optimized. Its the wave gap between the stages what is annoying especially during meditation session cause it ruins the deep feeling you get while falling into it.

Djinki, I agree with you. The wave gap is a little bit annoying, it should be optimized. Otherwise, this app is great. I use it very often and successfully.

This is the most comprehensive and easy-to-use brainwave application Ive seen so far. Not design-wise, but functionally. Ive purchased all Brainwave Apps from Banzai and use them frequently. I can easily chose from different background sounds and even combine built-in ambient sounds with my own music. Amplitude of both, brainwave and background can be adjusted. Brief description on each brainwave mix is provided. Best in class!

I use this app almost every day: either to achieve deep relaxation after work or to fall asleep. It really works. Best binaural beats app available. App interface is a little pixelated on my 5c and the background sounds are bad.

Helps me stay asleep throughout the night and wakes me gently in the morning. It also helps drown out the husbands snoring. Lol

I have been using this app for over a year. It helps me to sleep, meditate, and have lucid dreams. I use it about 10 times a week for 10-30 minutes. You have to try it to understand. Its technology at its finest.

Very stable and easy to use.

I use this app daily for several reasons. One of which is to manage panic attacks. This is an epidemic among people from ALL walks of life. If you or someone you know suffers from anxiety disorder(s), PLEASE refer them to this app and learn how to use it effectively. The only con I found was that the ambient music/sounds are way too short. You can clearly tell when a track ends and when it repeats. As a producer, I would say you could probably get away with better editing/looping as a quick fix. Or, get longer tracks making the breaks spread out. But the ultimate would be to talk to Dan Gibson of the famous "Solitudes" CD library and talk partnering or licensing.

I definitely feel a difference in my sleep and dreaming.

A massage for your brain. Very detailed notes on the theory. I use it to clear my head before before bed but also at work sometimes.

The best app Ive found for binaural beats. I listen to it everyday. Love the different programs. Only thing I wish is that there were more ambient sounds to choose from. But its still a super awesome app!
